In addition to your application and TOEFL/IELTS scores, you must submit your transcripts to complete the application process. Please do not send your transcripts until you have submitted your application. All official transcripts must be submitted in the native language and accompanied by a certified English translation from one of the following:
Institute for International Education (IIE)
United States embassy or consulate
Send transcripts from all schools attended for grades 9-11, including in-progress or fall course work. Transcripts need to be sent directly to Cal Poly from the schools attended. After we receive your official transcripts, we will notify you if an independent evaluation of the international credentials is required. If this is required, you must pay the cost of the evaluation.
Submit ACT or SAT scores.
If you are following an IB curriculum, your official predicted IB scores are also required.
Send transcripts from all schools attended since secondary school, showing all course work and any certificates or degrees received sent directly from the institution. Transfer applicants are required to submit an international academic evaluation from World Education Services, Inc. in addition to your official transcripts.

Cal Poly will accept electronic transcripts via the following:
- National Student Clearing House
- Military Services
If your institution provides certified electronic transcripts through another service, have those transcripts sent directly from your institution to firstname.lastname@example.org.
