San Luis Obispo serves as the economic hub of the Central Coast and has a thriving business community, over 750 non-profits and a spirt of entrepreneurship that includes many alumni-based ventures. Industries such as tech, design and construction, agriculture, tourism and health services have seen tremendous growth in recent years and are great places to find volunteer opportunities, internships and careers.
