Our focus on Learn by Doing and its ability to produce a high return on investment, has consistently helped us achieve high rankings in influential university ranking publications such as U.S. News & World Report and Forbes.

Cal Poly was 55th in the nation overall among the 500 ranked public and private not-for-profit universities in the U.S.

Cal Poly was recognized alongside dining programs from Boston College, Duke University, University of Florida, University of Pittsburgh and the University of Texas.

The award was given for outstanding teaching in chemistry by the American Chemical Society.

Cal Poly is among 40 top public and private universities to achieve the ranking, according to Money magazine.

Mustang News has earned 15 national Pacemaker and Pacemaker finalist awards since 1970.

It's the third year in a row Cal Poly has received this distinction.
