Dreamweaver CS5
Click Site in the top Dreamweaver menu bar, then Manage Sites...
In the Manage Sites dialog box, select your site name and click Edit...
On the left side of the Site Setup dialog box, click the Servers tab. The content on the right side of the dialog box will change to a white table.
Click the plus icon in the lower utilities bar. A new pop up box will appear.
In the Basic tab of the pop up box, enter the following information:

Click Save. The server name will be added into the white table on the Site Setup dialog box. Click Save.
Dreamweaver CS4 and Below
You can get to the Site Definition dialog box by clicking the "Site" menu, then "Manage Sites..."
Select your site name from the dialog box, then select "Edit".
Select the "Advanced" tab, then select "Remote Info".
