In life there are leaders and there are followers. Members of Sigma Kappa are leaders across Cal Poly's campus. Sigma Kappas serve as representatives of Poly Reps, various college ambassadors, officers in ASI, members of professional organizations, and other clubs -- in addition to their leadership roles within the sorority. Along with the range of positions available within the house, Sigma Kappa encourages members to join other organizations outside of the sorority. This helps a woman to develop her ability to succeed in other professional and social environments.
