If, you, as our customer find a cheaper price, we will be sure to match it.
Differentiation Differentiation definitely plays a roll in our business. Although our products may seem more general, our differentiation lies in our customer services. We differ from the other local book stores by creating excellent relationships with our customers. For example, our customers receive quarterly emails reminding them to reserve their books. After emailing us back their classes for the quarter we will box up their books and have them shipped. We offer many other courtesies to the consumer and make sure we maintain positive relations.
Customer Values SLO Used Text Books is all about the customer. After each purchase the customer is put on record and after spending certain amounts he/she will be granted gift certificates to our local sponsors. Furthermore, the customer is able to sell back their books to our store for excellent rates.
