WOW Block Party - September 18th

What is the Block Party?
WOW Block Party is an opportunity for new students to get involved and find out more information about Cal Poly clubs. Block Party features club performances, live music, food for the WOWies, and tons of fun. It is an outdoor activity that features a series of live bands, club booths, and interactive activities. Sister Soldier Project & Black Family BBQ -- October 17th

Come help us pack care packages for 35 of our sister soldiers in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait. We need your donations
We are asking the community to make a financial donation which we will use for postage. Each care package costs $9.80 to send. Each soldier will get two packages; one with personal hygiene/cosmetic products and a second one with books, magazines, DVDs, snacks and other entertainment items. CultureFest - - October 18th

Celebrating its 12th year, CultureFest is a student run event that aims to spread cultural awareness and promote cultural appreciation.
More than 20 Cal Poly cultural student organizations will show pride in their heritages at CultureFest on Sunday, October 18th 2009, from 11 am to 4 pm at Mitchell Park (at the corners of Osos, Pismo & Buchon Streets).

Sponsored by the Multicultural Center and Student Life and Leadership, this festival is a free family-friendly event filled with live performances by community and campus organizations, a diverse array of freshly cooked foods, and many other activities.
