Come to the General Meeting to find out what's coming up!  After
the meeting, we'll be going to the Men's soccer game.

Also, we have some painting to do.  We're going to paint sandwich
boards at my place (Rock's @ 25 Los Verdes Dr.).  This will be a  
Yakomora (1) party.  See the footnote (1) for more info.  Email
Rock (rretting@calpoly.edu) for directions or questions.   

We'll also be painting the P on Sunday at 3pm.  Both of these  
painting extravaganzas are "Weather Permitting."   

And don't forget Football.  I guess people thought we were going
to get our ass kicked in the Hofstra game since Mustang stadium
was empty.  But, you guys missed out on the best game of the year!
The scouts tell me that we're probably going to win this game so
come out and show your support!  Hey!  We might even have some
confetti for ya!

--We're planning an unofficial road trip to the Cal Poly vs. Cal
State Northridge football game @ Northridge.  When?  On the
Veteran's Day 3-day weekend.  (11/10/00)  Where's Northridge?   
It's in LA for you Nor Cal people.  We'll be carpooling down to  
LA.  Some will come down for the day while others will stay at a  
couple RT members' houses.  My secret sources also tell me that  
the some Poly Reps will be going to the game.  We might also be  
going to see a taping of the Tonight Show with some Poly Reps on  
Friday (NO SCHOOL, REMEMBER?)  If you're interested, email Greg  
(gfryer@calpoly.edu) and say "I'm Interested!"  Tell him if  
you can drive and if you're interested in going to the taping of
the Tonight Show on Friday (free).  Remember, you'll need to bring  
some money for the game ($6-$10), gas, and food.   


--The Spirit Council is looking for people to be on the new Rally  
Committee.  The new Rally Committee will be in charge of planning,
uh, rallies.  If you're interested, contact Derek  
(dmarin@calpoly.edu).

(1)  I got sick and tired of all these stupid acronyms out there.   
There's way too many freaking acronyms and everyone seems to think  
that they have to contribute to the acronym dictionary.  Screw  
that! Instead, we created a single word to replace a stupid,  
overused acronym.  That word: Yakomora.  What does Yakomora mean?
What does BYOB mean?  I'll just spell it out.  Bring Your Own Beer.
So now, when you have a BYOB Party, just call it a Yakomora Party.
