To successfully complete this course, you will need to be actively involved in both class discussion and the written assignments indicated here. This course requires regular attendence; if you have moe than two unexcused absences, you will receive a failing grade. The written work includes a midterm exam, a take-home final, two short papers and oen long paper with the possibility of revision, and creative project.

Paper Format
Each paper must be typed or word-processed! You must double-space, use correct formating, include footnotes and bibliographer (if you use research materials), and include a title paper. That title page should indicate the following:

Course #/Title
Professor's Name
Due Date
The lenth of the long paper is 3-5 pages required. You may write more if you thesis supports it.
