There's no consensus on this bird. Brad thinks possibly a Herring x Thayer's or Herring x "Kumlein's", Curtis Marantz thinks Herring x something. Paul Lehman thinks Herring x Thayer's or who knows? Look at the broad white edges to the primaries and the partially barred tertials, among other things. What do you think?
