Welcome to Ken's World I am currently an associate professor in the Graphic Communication Department at the California Polytechnic State University. I have been a member of the faculty since 2002. My areas of interest are in identifying and launching initiatives pertaining to printing production management and efficacy through Lean manufacturing, knowledge management, and sustainability.
Secondly, in researching new methods in which to create, design, and launch new products applicable to the graphic communication industry through innovative marketing and sales initiatives. I also have great interests in the areas of generational inertia (understanding how Boomers, GenXers, GenYers, and Millennials communicate); and, printed incunabula and ephemera. Lastly, I conduct fundamental courses in the introduction to graphic communication and in bindery, finishing, and distribution services.
