Having a pet dog can be one of the greatest experiences and a source of joy, or for some become very frustrating. Often we try to communicate to a dog in our own terms of understanding. A website that is dedicated to teaching training tips that you can do yourself has been posted! This website was written by Katie, a student at SFSU earning a Masters in Guide Dog Mobility. She has accumulated countless hours
working and training guide dogs preparing them for the prestigious task of becoming someone's eyes. Tips and tricks she has learned through the program and her other experiences working with dogs from Canine Companions for Independence are posted.
