Enrollment reports that are done at significant points in time throughout the year.

Cal Poly Fact Book:
Updated as appropriate throught the year.
Historical and trend enrollment and student demographic data, degree data, faculty/staff data.

PolyView:
Published after fall quarter census.
A short publication containing enrollment, graduation, and student demographic data.

InfoBrief:
Published every quarter after census.
Historical and trend enrollment and student demographic data.
An additional issue, focusing on applications, is published fall quarter.

Historical Faculty Trends Analysis:
Fifteen-year trends of instructional faculty headcounts and FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) by rank.
Five-year trends of new instructional faculty searches and apointments and
five-year trends of instructional faculty resignations and retirements.

PolyTrends:
Occasional publications on topics of interest to the Cal Poly campus.
Printed copies are available.

Retention and Graduation Reports:
Updated yearly after completion of Fall term cohort analysis.
First-to-second year retention rates and graduation rates
for first-time freshmen and transfer cohorts for Fall 1990-2001.

Summer Survey Analysis:
A survey conducted during Fall 2005 in order to gain insight from
students regarding what attracts them to take summer classes.
