rlogind Disabled On the RISC Cluster Pending Fix from IBM

As a result of a security bug in rlogind, it has been disabled on the
Cal Poly AIX cluster.  A fix has been ordered from IBM that should
arrive in the next four to eight weeks.

During this time, users will not be able to use rlogin to access the AIX
cluster.  We are recommending using telnet instead.

If you do not understand what rlogin is, then you are unlikely to be
affected by this problem.
