POP CONFIGURATION CHANGES ARE REQUIRED TO CONTINUE TO RECEIVE MAIL AFTER
SEPTEMBER 13, 1996!!!

AIX mail services are scheduled to be migrated to the new HP-UX system
on September 13, 1996.  If your pop client software is not configured as
stated below, you will not see any new mail after that date until you
change your configuration!  Please change your configuration As Soon As
Possible and you should not notice the transition!

The addresses pop.calpoly.edu (the centralized pop server),
smtp.calpoly.edu and mail.calpoly.edu (both are a SMTP host for sending
mail) will be maintained regardless of the platform.  Using these
addresses requires no future changes in your pop configurations.
