The print, save, and send functions have been fixed in the cpnn output
menu.  These options were previously unavailable.

The print option allows the user to print the selected document on the
system high speed printer and have it dispatched to their output box.
(The user must edit the box number and initials on the print option
line, 8 characters maximum with no spaces.)

The save option allows you to save the current document in the current
directory.  Be careful, some of the documents are large.

The send option allows you to send the current document as a mail
message.
