Location of Printouts Printed with the "lp" Command.

A problem has been found when using the "lp" command.  The "lp" command
is used to print files on the high speed printers located on the first
floor of Building 14 (Computer Science).  The problem is that the output
from the line printer does not contain the Job Title information that
the operators use to determine which box it is to be routed to.

Until this problem can be fixed, user output will be dispatched to boxes
based on the first letter of their Login ID.
