The Passwords policy has been updated for the AIX System.

Please read the policy as soon as you can for new information regarding
insecure passwords and freeze procedures when an insecure password is
detected by System Administrators.  Policies are available via the
"Policy" command under

	AIX System Policies/
		Passwords.

or under "gopher" as
