IBM C++ Compiler is now available on several AIX sites. IBM’s xlC compiler (their implementation of the 1992 ANSI Working Paper) is now available on the following RISC/6000 sites: cymbal, flute, trumpet, tuba, and violin This is IBM’s implementation of AT&T’s C++ compiler. Currently there isn’t a man page, however, you can obtain a document resembling a man page by entering: % xlC The document will be displayed using the "pg" command unless you have the PAGER environment variable set to another value.
