To execute gopher on AIX enter % gopher and simply use the cursor keys to highlight the item you wish to look at. For more help, enter a question mark. For more detailed information about executing the program and the execution options, look at the man page by typing % man gopher Gopher will allow you to page through files, mark them with a book mark, review the book mark list, save the files, print the files, and mail the files to another user. In the future, Academic Computing Services will be looking at installing a gopher server at Cal Poly. Until then, our gopher clients point at the University of Minnesota.
