AIX and HP Hardware Comparisons

The following table shows the differences between the hardware on the various systems involved. NOTE: The SpecINT 95 for the IBM machines are not available as they are no longer in production and haven't been for a couple of years. The best comparison is that the old mail system (oboe) processed 45,000 messages per day; the new mail system (a dual CPU K-420) processes over 100,000 messages per day with dramatically less backlog.
