Back to the Cal Poly Home Page The downtime outage scheduled for April 6, 1997 has been changed. The migration of email back to the production server is being postponed pending discussions with Hewlett-Packard. In the mean time, the downtime that was scheduled for Sunday will be reduced to 8:00 AM to 12 Noon (this is a normal Sunday maintenance duration). This is a reduction from the original 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM outage that was planned.
This outage will be used to correct several problems which resulted from the filesystem migration that occurred during quarter break.
No date has been set for the migration of mail back to the production server at this time. When a date is set, it will be announced in the same manner as the previous downtime notices.
