Office Location and Hours:

The Housing & Business Services office is located on Mountain Lane in the new University Housing Building #31 between Santa Lucia and Trinity Halls.  We are on the first floor in Room 111.  All requests for maintenance in the Residence Halls and Apartments are submitted through Housing & Business Services.  Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and our phone number is (805)756-1587. 

Vehicles are required to display appropriate permits to park on campus at all times. Metered areas are provided for non-permit parking. The receptionist can direct you accordingly upon your arrival.
