Mitchell Memorial Mileage Award Program Rules

1. Mileage accumulation starts November 1st and ends October 31st. 2. Only club authorized tours or events may be counted. 3. Mileage accumulation must be recorded in Cuesta Crankers official mileage log book. 4. Mileage may be accumulated by one or more members of each family. 5. Mileage cannot be accumulated until dues are paid. 6. More than one Model A may be used to accumulate mileage. 7. All mileage must be recorded, showing date, destination and total miles traveled. 8. Mileage logs must be signed and turned in to the Mileage Official prior to the start of the November meeting. 9. Minor alterations in the Model A such as engine, transmissions, etc. will not exclude a car from this award. Questions in this area should be submitted to the Mileage Official for ruling. Appeals should be submitted to the Club's Board of Directors. If you are interested in trying for the MAFCA 5000 mile award, you must keep a separate 5,000 mile log. This award counts all miles traveled in your A - not just Club tours. See mileage official for log forms.
