IP Tools: Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
In a sponsored research collaboration, you might be asked to receive outside information which must be kept confidential. Similarly, you may have information that you need to share with a company but have a desire to protect it from public disclosure. A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) allows you to manage your information's release. It is a useful tool to prevent compromise of either party’s intellectual property rights.
