Basically, Golden Key is an honor society that exists worldwide. The top-performing 15% of students are invited after their second year to join and receive benefits such as access to scholarships, consumer discounts and special conferences and seminars.

Personally I didn't know what Golden Key was until I was invited. After joining, I applied and won a $250 scholarship through the chapter.

I encourage you to learn more about Golden Key and how it can benefit you during and beyond your college career.

Our chapter met the Golden Key International standards to reach the Gold level (up from Good Standing last year)! It's been hard, but with the work of this year's officers (and alumni), it possible :) Hopefully we can do so next year with our newly-appointed officers!

Our events are almost over... but look for us in the University Union June 3 for the elections... we'll be helping out at the polls!
