Los Angeles Tickets

Los Angeles is one of the most happening places on the planet. It is the seat of the modern entertainment industry. Hollywood is the undisputed capital of television and movie entertainment. It is a place where people splurge money on various entertainment shows.

Disneyland

Disneyland and Universal Studios are one of the
bestamusement parksof the world. Disneyland, especially, is a darling place for kids. To enter any of the Disney parks, you can buy a single day admission, multiple day admission, hopper tickets or Annual passports. A single day admission to any one of the parks costs $49 for children and $59 for an adult. A one day park hopper ticket, which enables you to visit both parks on the same day, costs $69 and $79 respectively. A two day hopper entry costs $96 and $116 respectively. In the same way one can buy up to five day hopper tickets, which can be purchased online. Three day and more hopper tickets cost lesser online as compared to the price to be paid on gate. If you want to have the luxury to visit the park any day in the year and any number of times a year, then you can buy the Premium Annual Passport. It gives you free entry to any of the two parks. It also gives you free parking and certain hotel and dining discounts. There are also cheaper annual passports available, which have certain “blackout” days. Residents of Southern California can avail of some special discounts. Compared to other amusement parks, Disneyland doesn’t usually offer discounts on the above mentioned tickets. Shipping charges are extra for online tickets.

Universal Studio

Universal Studio is the other must-visit amusement park. A general admission for an adult costs $59 if bought at the gate and $49 if bought online. If you are in Anaheim area, you can get admission plus free pick up from and drop off to your Anaheim hotel for $59. If you are visiting the studios on a holiday, then “Front of line” Pass is an option worth consideration. By that you can avoid long queues for enjoying the popular rides. This pass costs $99. In off season, you can expect $10-$20 discount on certain passes. VIP passes are also available; they cost $149.

Southern California City pass

If you are planning to visit Disneyland, Universal Studio, San Diego SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo or San Diego Animal Park, then you should surely buy the Southern California City pass. It costs $199 thus giving you a great discount. If you are planning to visit SeaWorld and Universal Studios only, then Southern California value pass is also an option. Hollywood

If you are in Los Angeles, then your tour is incomplete unless you have visited Hollywood. The famous Kodak theatre is a must-see landmark of Hollywood Boulevard. Guided tours are available to see the theatre. You can buy an adult ticket for $15 for a 30 minute tour. Children, Senior and Student tickets cost $10. Children under 3 have free admission. If you are a group of more than 15 people, you can book group admissions at discounted rates. If you are an avid fan of TV shows like The Wheel of Fortune, Dr. Phil or Wayne Brady Show and if you are in Los Angeles, then you can get free audience tickets of the shows here. They cost $20 to $30 and tickets can be booked online.

Concert Halls

If you are in Downtown LA, then do visit the Walt Disney Concert Hall. You can buy tickets online for any show at the Hall. The Hall is an acoustic wonder and should not be missed by any music lover. Similarly, Hollywood Bowl is another place to enjoy a music concert. Tickets vary from $1 to $100 depending upon the seat and concert selection.
