To document what the Master Calendar Progam is and implement
policies and practices to complete the program goals.
Deliverables:
- Resources
to support the Master Calendar Program identified.
- Support
matrix developed and implemented.
- Service
level agreements identified and implemented.
- Remedy
CTIs created.
- Develop
a training program for appropriate personnel.
- Implement
metrics gathering and operational procedures for on going
system performance and operations.
- Develop
and implement a Spring and Fall program review cycle. This
review cycle will ensure that the strategic initiatives
identified in the review will be provided to ITS Management
for use in the ITS annual planning meetings.
