In order to expedite the pre-publication process, please use the style of the following article to format your paper. Considering the difficulty of place tables and figures in the text, we sugguest that you leave them at the end of the document.  However, please make absolutely sure that the figures have clear background and are in good quality black-and-white printing.

Finally, please note that the reference style of our journal has been changed since Fall of 2004. The sample below reflects the old style. Please refer to Citation Styles for the References Section of IEL Journals for details.
