• To submit your paper, please first sign up as a new JMS user. An e-mail message containing your login information will be sent to you immediately. Please check your e-mail account to see whether you can receive the message. If you do not find it, please look into your SPAM or JUNK folder because it might have been blocked by your e-mail system.
• Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) is known to block the code in the JMS portal due to its security configuration. If you are having difficulty in using IE to access the JMS portal, you could either lower the security level of IE or use FireFox browser instead. FireFox is free for download from http://www.mozilla.com/.

Final Submission for Accepted Paper

• NOTE: There is no need to send any hard copies for your paper during the review or production process, except the Copyright Release Form which must be signed and sent by the contact author before typesetting.
• NOTE: Author of accepted paper will receive a PDF file of the paper and is allowed to distribute it in hardcopies for non-commercial purpose.
