Program
The program, co-organized by Cal Poly’s Dairy Products Technology Center and Dairy Management, Inc., is designed to provide an overview and update on the latest trends in the marketing, science, manufacturing technology and food applications of value-added dairy ingredients including whey derived and milk derived concentrates and powders. Experts from academia, government and industry will provide concise perspectives about the key developments which can impact today and tomorrow’s decisions on marketing strategy, manufacturing technology, research and business development for producers and end-users of value-added dairy ingredients.
