Conference and Event Planning must receive registration and full payment to allow event participation. Registrations will not be processed with incomplete or missing payment. Please note that the registration fee does include a $75.00 non-refundable deposit. Conference and Event Planning must receive cancellation requests in writing 15 days prior to event start in order to receive a full refund less the $75.00 non – refundable deposit. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after the March 11th, 2014 deadline. 

Registration fees cannot be transferred.

A block of rooms has been reserved at The Cliff's Resort, at a special rate of $129/night (plus a $15/night facility fee).  To receive this special rate call the hotel directly at (800) 826-7827 (in California) or (800) 826-5838 (outside of California) and let them know you are with the Dairy Ingredients Symposium.  Reservations must be made by Monday, March 10, 2014 to qualify for this rate.
