The Early Bird Registration rate is $395 if postmarked by February 12, 2010 and $445 if postmarked after February 12, 2010.

REFUNDS:

All registration cancellations will be subject to the following:

Full Refund: Registrants who cancel by phone prior to February 12, 2010 (less a $65 service charge)

No Refund: Registrants who cancel after February 12, 2010.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins, One Nob Hill, San Francisco, CA. It is located near Union Square, and is convenient to all that San Francisco has to offer including fine dining, shopping, arts and entertainment.

The room block rate is $164 night for a single or double room and includes complimentary internet and fitness center access.
