Early Bird Registration:

Regular Registration Rate:

$525 if registered after February 14, 2012

Cancellations, and Refunds
Registrants receive a full refund who cancel by phone at least two weeks prior to the first day of the course (less a $75 service charge). No refund will be given to registrants who cancel less than two weeks prior to the first day of the course.

In the event of insufficient enrollment, DPTC reserves the right to cancel the course and provide a full refund to registrants.


Lodging
A block of rooms has been reserved at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins, One Nob Hill, San Francisco, CA. It is located near Union Square, and is convenient to all that San Francisco has to offer including fine dining, shopping, arts and entertainment.

The room block rate is $189 night for a single or double room and includes complimentary internet and fitness center access. They will honor this rate until February 14th 2012.
