BIO/CHEM 375 -- Molecular Biology Laboratory
In this class, students use the ABI PRISM 377 DNA Sequencer to determine the exact nucleotide sequence of a segment of DNA (e.g., a plasmid).

This is achieved by combining the sequence of multiple samples and then performing a computer-assisted alignment with software. A sample sequence is shown below:
