The mission of the Aerospace Engineering Department is to educate students for professional aerospace careers of technical responsibility and leadership in a modern, multidisciplinary, system-based environment. This is achieved through a lab-based, hands-on approach, integrated with a systems view of engineering and team based capstone design experience.
