The Nutritional Science minor is designed for students majoring in academic disciplines such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, and Physical Education. By completing this minor, students will enhance their academic qualific ations in terms of employment or for admission to medical or dental schools or to graduate programs in allied health.
