The Neuroscience Undergraduate Society is a multi-disciplinary club seeking to engage students from all majors in how neuroscience and the brain affects our lives. We want to show everyone how wide of a spectrum neuroscience truly encompasses ranging from theories of the mind in philosophy to nitty gritty neuroanatomy.
We started for everyone on campus who is interested in or wants to work in the field of neuroscience.
We primarily want this group for networking so that people with similar interests can get together and enjoy time together. We have all sorts of ideas for what we can do including but not limited to attending the annual National Neuroscience Conference, guest speakers, field trips to things like "Body Worlds" in San Jose, and journal clubs.
It costs $25 to Join the Society for Neuroscience! If you want to go to the Conference, that $25 will more than pay for itself in discounts for registration and tons of benefits with free stuff.Here are links for obtaining membership:
