What's the Lab?

The Writing Lab is here to help you with your writing. We will evaluate your writing for its strenghts and weaknesses. But remember, we are not a proofreading or editing service.

Who uses the Lab?

Everyone can use the Lab for any writing task. We work with students from all majors and classes. We also offer help to multi-lingual speakers. The Lab services are free!

Who are the tutors?

They are students who have taken specific courses and have completed a specialized training program in tutoring.

What are our specialties?

Where are we and what are our hours?

We're in Building 10, Room 138, and we're open Fall 2006 starting October 3rd. Monday 9 - 5, Tuesday 9 - 7, Wed 9 - 7, Thurs 9 - 5, Friday 9 - 2
