All 23 campuses administer the EPT (and the ELM) on a variety of variable dates. For a complete listing of systemwide dates, check the EPT/ELM Information Bulletin. Pay close attention to the registration deadline listed by each test date since your registration must reach the testing office by the registration deadline.
Online registration is available at many campuses, including Cal Poly's Test Office.
The addresses and phone numbers of the Testing Offices at all the CSU campuses are listed in the bulletin so students can register for the EPT at a local campus. Questions about an EPT administration at Cal Poly should be directed to the Testing Office, CAL POLY, San Luis Obispo, CA 93407, (805) 756-1551.
The local campus Testing Office will reply to registration forms by sending an admission ticket about a week before the test. The ticket will indicate the time(s) and location(s) of the test administrations at that campus. Students should have their scores reported to the campus they will be attending. (CAL POLY is campus 15.)

Each CSU campus will offer a selection of its own test dates throughout the year. (For a complete listing of systemwide dates, see the back pages of the EPT/ELM Bulletin.) Cal Poly students may take the EPT at any convenient campus and have the scores reported to Cal Poly.
