President:
· Preside at all meetings of the chapter and to act as chairperson
of the Executive Committee.
· Appoint all committees not directly elected by the association
or the executive committee.
· Be ex-officio a member of all committees.
· Perform such duties as may be reasonably fall within the
President’s Office.
Vice President:
· Exercise all duties and responsibilities of the President
when he/she is for any reason unable to exercise them.
· Officially, plan events with ASI and the University.
Treasurer:
· Keep a record of all receipts and disbursements of the
association’s funds.
· Be responsible for control of all financial records of
the association.
· Be responsible for collection of membership dues, if applicable.
· Submit reports to the association and the Executive Committee
at all regular meetings, or whenever required by either body, covering
then financial condition of the association.
Secretary:
· Keep the official minutes of the association.
· Keep the official file of correspondence of the association,
including retrieving mail from the associations mailbox held by
ASI.
· Keep an up to date list of members and attendance records.
· Keep an up to date copy of the chapter bylaws.
