Notes
Dr. Shea has authored numerous book chapters and journal articles, and regularly presents papers before scholarly societies. Her special interests are organizational communication, gender issues, and social science research methods. In addition to teaching Communication Studies courses, Dr. Shea teaches courses for the Women's Studies Department. She has won awards for her teaching and research, including the California Faculty Association Distinguished Lecturer award.
