What school district do you teach for?

Check any of the following if it describes at least one school in your district:
50 percent of the students being eligible for participation in the free and reduced lunch program.

34 percent of the academic classroom teachers, at the secondary level, do not having a degree in the academic field in which they teach the largest percentage their classes.

Teacher attrition rate of at least 15 percent over the last three school years.
