Senior Project Opportunities
Senior projects are completed by all Cal Poly undergraduate students. Selection and completion of a project are done under faculty supervision. Projects are typical of problems which graduates must solve in their fields of employment. His teaching interests are in the chemistry and technology of dairy foods and related subjects, food engineering, new food product development, and short courses and symposia for the dairy foods industry. |
